In House CMOS Fab and Packaging Capability
KOTURA’s in-house silicon CMOS fab ensures quick turnaround on design iterations. We offer a full set of test and measurement equipment for chip testing, analysis and Telcordia qualification. In addition, we offer a full range of packaging services. Our production line can be used for volume runs.
Simulation and Development Tools
KOTURA provides a wide range of support tools and services to the development process. These include proprietary and industry-leading design tools, integrated active and passive simulation, and stress analysis.
